Our client is seeking a full time Records Project Officer for a short term contract commencing immediately based in Brisbane CBD.
SKILLS
- Well developed interpersonal, communication and consultative skills, to enable open and effective working relationships with a broad range of professional groups, staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently to achieve assigned goals and objectives and to meet deadlines.
- Sound time management skills, including the ability to effectively manage and prioritise a high volume of work and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
EXPERIENCE
- Successful performance as part of an information/records management team with demonstrated knowledge of contemporary records management practices and systems.
- Substantial experience in managing the storage and retrieval of electronic and physical information.
- Sound experience in communicating and negotiating with a range of people.
- Proven experience in providing information/records management advice and services to clients.
