Would you like to work with a top tie law firm in their Office Services team?
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the key service areas of Office Services by providing support to:
- Records Management
- Tenancy Facilities maintenance
- Provision of equipment, servicing and supplies related to ancillary facilities
- Receipt and management of deliveries
- Security
- Internal Relocations
To be considered you will need at least 2 years experience in a Corporate Facilities Management, or high touch service environment ideally in a legal and /or professional services firm. You will also need demonstrated generalist Office Services experience with ability to work to shifting deadlines and responsibilities and to communicate at all levels across a variety of mediums (phone, email, face to face).
Minimum of intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS Project and Visio an advantage.
